With a background in web development and internet technology,
Nathan founded iPropertyWebsites.com in 2004 with a vision
of changing the way real estate was being advertised online.
Today, he oversees daily operations and is responsible for
strategic direction of the company. Born and raised in Southern
California and a recent transplant to beautiful Colorado,
Nathan is a part-time real estate investor, avid outdoorsman
and loving father of two beautiful little girls.

Before becoming a licensed real estate broker in the state
of California, Tim proudly served in the United States Marines
for 8 years, where he was a member of a specialized unit at
1st Force Reconnaissance Company. In his spare time, Tim volunteers
as a Training Coordinator of the Man Kind Project and is also
a marathon runner raising money for the Team in Training
to help find a cure for cancer. Tim was born and raised in
San Diego, CA, where he currently resides with his teenage
son.
