(as a virtual tour) through our website once you've created
an account. There is a $25 fee that we collect on behalf of
Realtor.com for this option. Submission is free if you are
a Showcase
Listing Enhancement subscriber.

Q. Are there any monthly reoccurring
charges?
A. No! Many of our competitors charge monthly subscription
fees which can get costly. We charge a reasonable flat rate
per website that includes everything you need (hosting, domain,
etc). You can also purchase packages (5 & 10-packs) of
sites for deeper discounts.

Q. Do you offer a free trial?
When do I pay for my site?
A. Yes! You can use our site, create as many sites
as you want, try every feature. All for free. You simply pay
one flat rate when you're ready to publish your site (make
it live). With our Free-Preview Tool you can even e-mail your
client a link to their website before you publish it, making
it an excellent listing appointment tool.

to create a single-property website?
A. If you already have your photos and descriptions
ready, you can have a nice site built in about 15-20 minutes.
A more simple site can be created in just a few minutes. It's
all up to you and how much content you want to add. There
are quite a few time saving features such as a custom page
library and a feature picker that will save you tons of time
as you create more sites.

A. You have full control over the editing and updating
of content on the site. Login to your account 24/7 and make
changes at your convenience.

my web site is live on the internet?
A. It only takes a couple minutes to publish your
web site after it's been built. Our wizard will walk you through
the domain registration and activation automatically. Usually
sites are online with an hour but sometimes it can take 24-48
hours for the domain name to propagate.

A. They can. You have the ability to customize your
site meta-tags to fit your SEO needs. You can create unlimited
custom keyword rich pages , link to blogs, your other listing
and link back to your regular business web site. Cross linking
between sites is the key. Done properly, you can turn your
property sites into SEO machines.

Q. Can I add a video or
360 degree tour to my listing websites?
A. Yes. You can actually do both. Our intuitive interface
makes it easy to link to a Virtual tour and/or add video.
You can even add a video and display it on your home page
(instead of a slide show or static image).

Q. Are the property websites
submitted to search engines?
A. Yes. We automatically submit your site to Google
& Yahoo (MSN no longer takes manual submissions). Typically
we see single property web sites hosted on our platform indexed
within a couple weeks.

Q. What should I do with
a site after my property has sold?
A. Turn it into a 24/7 lead generator by changing
the status to sold, adding a "Sold" banner to the
home page picture and customizing the meta-tags and custom
pages to be very keyword rich. Some agents even take a photo
of the happy new buyers and post it on the site. The first
thing they'll do after purchasing their new home is e-mail
all their friends and family (possible future leads) the property
web site. At the end of the year of hosting you have the option
to renew your site (at a discounted rate) or let it expire.

for another property?
A. No. A website can only be used for one property
and is not transferable.

Q. Who owns the listing
website domain name?
A. You do. At anytime during the 1 year domain registration
period you can transfer the domain away to a new registrar.
We will approve the transfer and the domain will be yours.

Q. Can I use a domain name
I already own?
A. Yes but we do not offer a discount for this and
still require you to register a new domain when activating
your site. Once the site is active you simply forward the
domain you own to the new site. Please contact our support
team if you have questions about doing this.

Q. Do you offer sign riders?
A. Yes. You can purchase a sign rider during or after
the website publication process for $19.95 (includes UPS ground
shipping).

Q. Will they work with For
Sale By Owner (FSBO) properties?
A. Most definitely. FSBO's find single property websites
a great way to give their property a professional online presence
and assist them with marketing.

Q. How do I show my client
a site before it's been published?
A. There are a couple ways. One way is to login to
your account and show them the site during your listing presentation.
The other option is to use our Free-Preview tool, which allows
you to e-mail a user name and password to the client so they
can view the website (and statistics) on there own time.

Q. Is there a limit to how
many photos I can upload?
A. You can upload as many as 100 large (640x480)
photos to your site.

Q. How large will my photos

A. Your photos will automatically be resized to 640x480
once they've been uploaded. For quicker uploads try resizing
your photos before uploading.

traffic statistics?

access to the stats.
